How do I bid on an item?
First you will need a bidder number. To create a bidder number click on the item you are interested in. At the bottom of the page there is a link titled "Don't have a bidder #?". Click this link, complete the form and place your bid. Your bidder number will be emailed to you. Use this number and your email address to place all future bids.

What if I forgot my bidder number?
On each auction item page there is a link titled "Forgot your bidder #?". Click this link, fill in your email address and click submit. Your bidder number will be emailed to you.

I am not receiving any emails from artEAST. How come?
Please check your spam folder and add arteast.org to your white list.

Can I get an email if I have been outbid?
Yes! If you have the highest bid and someone outbids you you will receive an email with a link to the item you are bidding on so you can place another bid.

What is the minimum bid amount?
The minimum bid amount on all items is $50. Bids can be placed in increments of $25.

What is the guaranteed bid?
The guaranteed "take-it-away" bid on all items is $300. If you make a bid for $300 the item is yours and no other bids can be placed on the item. Please make your secure on-line payment by clicking the credit card payment button and enter the amount of $300 for each buy it now piece. I don't live in the area. Will you ship to me?
For your convenience, all art can be shipped anywhere in the mainland USA . First two pieces at a charge of $16 each additional piece is $6.
